Sylvain Pion have improved the 3D triangulation classes to provide
a new hierarchical 3D Delaunay Triangulation for increased
overall efficiency and to provide better handling of degeneracies in the removal
of vertices from 3D Delaunay triangulations. These improvements will be
available with the next release.
